This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms and Conditions ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms .

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products.
This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

Shipping & Delivery


In-Store Pickup
In-store / curb side pickup available for all products unless otherwise specified - please ensure you have a large enough vehicle for collections and await a confirmation email or phone call to confirm your goods are ready before attempting collection. Pickups are available Monday to Saturday 9.30am to 6pm.

We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products

Free Shipping
We offer free delivery to customers located in Cork City and County for orders over €200. We aim to deliver all orders within two weeks of your final payment. Only orders paid in full can be released. This does not apply to items that are custom / bespoke and/or require additional shipping times from our partners. We aim to inform all customers with accurate lead times and will inform you if there are any delays during this process. All times quoted are estimates only.

Expedited Shipping Fees
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:
9.99 for orders under 30KG (Combined weight) – Orders that go above this weight may require additional courier charges however this will be shown on your online order prior to making payment. Please contact us at any stage to clarify or assist with your online orders.

49.99 for orders above 30KG (Large/Bulky items) – We offer kerbside, pallet and parcel delivery for orders above 30KG. Due to higher weights and the use of external carriers all times quoted are estimates only. Deliveries to apartments, businesses and locations with restricted access are kerb side delivery only. Depending on restrictions in place and the service used, white glove services are unavailable outside of Cork City & County. Please ensure you check your delivery in full before signing for your goods. Damages, faults and or issues reported after receipt may take longer to process.

If you select an expedited shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information. All expedited orders aim to be delivered within 5 to 10 working days. This does not apply to out of stock, custom, bespoke or special order items.

All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only. Please contact us for more information.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order and confirm payment in full. For more information please refer to our terms on our website or request our full terms and conditions.

Once your order is ready to ship we will either notify you via email for courier delivery along with your tracking info, otherwise we will call you directly to book in a delivery day and time.

Preparing for Delivery: Ensure that the delivery path to your home is clear and that the product will fit through all doorways and into its intended space. Measure doorways and hallways before ordering large items.

Do you deliver internationally?

We offer worldwide shipping. Please contact us directly to discuss your options should you require shipments to leave Ireland. All quotes are subject to change until payment has been made in full securing your order.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

Are there other shipping restrictions?

Once an order has shipped we are unable to cancel, modify or delay your shipment.
We are unable to offer a white glove service to apartments or buildings with restricted access. Courier delivery is kerbside only unless pre-agreed in writing. Free home delivery is only available to customers with an Eircode in Cork City or County.

Custom Orders Policy- Non-Cancellation and Non-Refundable:
Custom Orders: Once you place and pay for your custom-made product (e.g., sofas), the order is final and cannot be cancelled or refunded. This is due to the unique nature of these items, tailored to your specifications.

Quality Assurance: If your custom product is defective or does not match the agreed specifications, we are committed to rectifying the issue through repair, replacement, or an appropriate remedy, in line with our commitment to customer satisfaction and Irish consumer law.

Order Details: Ensure all specifications for your custom order are correct at the time of purchase. We'll confirm these details with you before production starts.

Legal Framework: This policy is designed to respect and comply with Irish consumer rights laws, ensuring transparency and fairness in all transactions.

What happens if any order is delayed?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
